HIGH ENERGY FUS(YIN): Aromatherapy, yin yoga and meditation 50 hours
This module is co-taught by Young Sun Moon who holds a Master's degree in Acupuncture and Oriental medicine.
In this module we will explore:
1. Self care and relaxation
2. Aromatherapy and how to mix scents
3. Yin Yoga Practice and Application
4. Mindfulness Meditation
5. The anatomy and physiology of static stretching

ON SITE NJ TRAININING:
Weekend 1: April 27 & 28
Weekend 2: May 4&5
Saturdays: 12PM -8:00PM
Sundays: 12PM-8:00PM
Tuition Cost: $950 Add 5% if using Paypal VENMO has no fee)
$750 for HEFY Grads
Tuition Includes:
1. Manual
2. Essential oil kit made with therapeutic grade oils
3. All lectures and trainings hours
In addition to contact hours, students will be asked to complete reading and homework assignments.
This module is also eligible for the Yoga Alliance’s continuing education hours.
