Our most popular workshop! Students will body paint, dress up, and groove to a glow in the dark flow class that features fun partner poses, inversions, and dancing! This workshop is open to all levels and is a wonderful way to try yoga in a non-intimidating environment.

Understanding the use of crystals and the chakra system in meditation.

This workshop will count towards 2 continuing education hours with the Yoga Alliance.

Class Description:

This workshop is an introduction to the chakra system, crystal energy, and the energy of frequencies. It is scientifically proven that everything vibrates, despite the appearance of stillness. We will discuss the chakra system in the human body in relation to frequencies and how we can use crystals to balance our 'vibes'. In the constant push and pull of life, our chakras can become dense, throwing the flow of the chakra system off. In this workshop we will discuss the chakra energies and how we can sustain a balancing practice through meditation and crystals.
