HOW TO SIGN UP?

1. Download the Zoom app to your phone, tablet, or laptop. Basic application is FREE!

2. Create an account or log-in using your email.

3. Register for class using your MindBody log-in OR click here.

4. Once you register for class, you will receive the Zoom link in your confirmation email.

5. Click the link in the email to join the meeting.

6. Grab yourself some props! Blocks, yoga strap, weights, and a wall if you need!

7. This is a webinar setup, therefore, no one can see or hear you, only YOU can see and hear the instructor!
