The next step after completing your 200 hour certification with the yoga alliance is to deepen your knowledge of the various aspects and styles of yoga available today. Our program is broken into modules that can be taken in any order to complete 300 additional hours of study. Upon completion of this program, students may register at the 500 hour level with the Yoga Alliance. Teachers with this level of knowledge are highly sought after by studios looking to hire instructors who have shown this level of dedication to their craft. International Training Modules

Advance your practice and begin your 300 hour certification journey in Costa Rica this summer. Three modules are being offered: HEFY Level 2, The Business of Yoga, and High Energy Fus(YIN) trainings.

300 Hour Advanced Yoga Training

Complete your 300 hour training in your own time. Our 300 hour training is broken up into modules throughout the year. We offer weekend trainings and international ones as well. Never stop learning!
